Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

  Ship to CMXtreme

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
